Logan grew up in Sandy, Utah, and has lived in multiple states and abroad. In 2018, he earned his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. In law school Logan participated in multiple competitions and was recognized as a top negotiator in his class. Upon graduating in 2018, Logan sat for and was barred in the State of Utah that same year.

Logan Finlay is an attorney with almost a decade of experience handling business law and real estate matters for individuals and small and mid-sized businesses. His business law practice focuses on entity formation, management/governance, purchases and sales, partnership agreements, and negotiating buyouts between partners and other mergers and acquisition matters. His real estate law practice focuses on purchases and sales of residential and commercial properties, land acquisitions, due diligence, boundary line agreements, lease agreements (quite title actions), mortgage rights and foreclosures, and the like. Logan brings a strategic and client-centered approach to his practice. Logan prioritizes proactive and practical legal solutions, ensuring his clients’ businesses are protected and positioned for growth.

His leadership extends beyond the office through his service in the Utah State Bar’s Real Property Section (Board Member From 2022-2026; President, 2025-2026; Section Member since 2018) and the Business Section of the Utah Bar (Member since 2018), wherein he organizes and provides continuing education courses to fellow attorneys. He has been recognized by his peers as a “Super Lawyer” and occasionally provides pro bono services for individuals with special circumstances.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Logan enjoys life’s adventures with friends and family. He is an avid mountain biker, skier, climber, kite surfer, and mediocre golfer.
